Ordering & Customization

How does ordering work?

Browse our collections and choose your cabinet size and finish. Once your order is placed, it's built to order in our Wilmington, NC workshop and delivered ready for your space.

How is Davenport different from fully custom cabinetry?

Davenport offers a curated range of styles, sizes, and finishes. We offer cabinetry that fits seamlessly into your spaces. Get custom-grade, built-in style cabinetry with a simpler process and clear pricing. If your space calls for something entirely one of a kind, Brandon Parrow Cabinetmakers takes on fully bespoke work.

Can I order a size that isn't listed?

No. Our cabinets come in a range of standard widths designed to fit most bathrooms. If you need something custom, please reach out to Brandon Parrow Cabinetmakers.

How much does a Davenport cabinet cost?

Each cabinet is priced on its product page. Price depends on the size, configuration, and features you choose. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Can I make changes after I place my order?

Because every cabinet is built to order, changes are only possible before production begins. If you need to adjust your finish or size, contact us as soon as possible, within 72 hours of ordering.

Do you work with designers, builders, and contractors?

Yes. We welcome trade professionals and are happy to support your projects. Ask us about trade pricing or sign up for a trade account.

Production, Delivery & Installation

How long will my order take?

Each cabinet is built to order. Most orders are ready in 6-8 weeks from order confirmation, and we'll keep you updated along the way.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Wilmington and the greater Wilmington area.

Do you install?

Yes, we can offer professional installation in the Wilmington area upon request for an added fee. Our cabinets are designed to be installed by a contractor or installer, and we're happy to answer their questions.

Are countertops, sinks, and faucets included?

Our vanities are sold as cabinet bases only. Countertops, sinks, and plumbing fixtures are purchased separately, and we're glad to recommend trusted local sources.

What is a toe kick?

A toe kick is the recessed space at the base of a vanity or cabinet that is 4" tall. It lets you stand close to the counter without bumping your toes, and it gives the cabinet a lighter, more finished look where it meets the floor.

What is a filler piece?

A filler piece is a narrow strip of finished material, matched to your cabinetry, that runs alongside a cabinet where it meets a wall. It closes the gap so the cabinet looks fitted to the room, and it gives doors and drawers room to open without hitting the wall or nearby trim. Because few walls are perfectly straight, fillers are trimmed on site for a clean, tight fit. We sell filler pieces in 3" Wide x 8' Long pieces and 6" Wide x 8' Long pieces that can be cut and trimmed to size.

What is flat crown?

Flat crown is the flat trim piece at the very top of a tall cabinet, where it meets the ceiling. It steps slightly forward of the cabinet and finishes the top with a clean, simple line instead of a curved or detailed molding. We offer these pieces on tall linen cabinets that reach the ceiling height of your space. They will help create a custom, fitted look. We sell them in 8' lengths that can be cut to size.

What is a crown riser?

A crown riser is a flat band that sits on top of the cabinet, just below the flat crown. It adds height so the crown can reach the ceiling, and together the two pieces create a layered, built-in look. We offer these pieces on tall linen cabinets that reach the ceiling height of your space. They will help create a custom, fitted look. We sell them in 8' lengths that can be cut to size.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your cabinetry when it arrives. If anything isn't right, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll make it right.

What is your return policy?

Because each cabinet is built to order just for you, orders can't be returned or exchanged. We're happy to talk through sizing and finishes before you order so you can buy with confidence.
